    Terrible, tasteless

    Had no cinnamon or plum flavor. Not even a good black tea flavor. Have had before, not the same. Would not reimburse me, let me exchange or give me credit. Said there was nothing wrong with tea. I am out $25. Bad business practice. Will not use this company again. Arrogant and condescending.
