We're excited to share our new look & website with you! We've listened to all your feedback and have done our best to accommodate your requests. Here are some helpful tips to navigate our new site. 

Warehouse Sale Info:

35% off select products from December 3rd -7th 2020 to be shipped or picked up. Orders will be entered December 8th-11th 2020. Orders will be ready for pick up or shipped during the week of December 14th-18th 2020. You will receive an 'order is ready' email so you know when it ships or when to come pick up. When picking up orders, please be respectful of others here waiting for their orders. Masks must be warn at all times. All orders must be picked up by December 21st to receive them before the holiday / break. Hours for pick up: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday- Thursday and 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday No coupons can be used during our sale & there will be no free shipping options valid. *Some restrictions will apply. All jobbed or specialty products will not be valid for the sale. This includes Torani, Steep Cafe, David Rio as well as our accessories. Sale not valid for phone in orders. We will not accept walk up orders. Due to COVID-19 we cannot have orders taken at our location. Only time you can come is to pick up your order, if local. No returns. All sales are final. I'm having trouble logging into my old account. What do I do?

If you shopped on our old site (before we switched platforms in August) and are having trouble logging in with your old information, that is because you need to create a new account! You can use the same email and password you used before but you will need to set up a new account and start fresh. Simply click "Account" on the top right of our home page and 'create a new account.' 

How do I access my account?

We have streamlined our account management process to provide more value to you. You can create or login to your account anytime by clicking "Account" at the top right hand side of the page. Follow the instructions on the page to setup or login to your account. 

How can I find a specific product?

Simply start typing the name of the product into the search bar at the top right hand side of the page. Product listings will begin to show. Then, just click on the product you wish to see. 

Where are all the Decaf and 5 lb Coffees?

To streamline your shopping experience, all of our everyday flavored & blended coffee products include options for size (12oz Bag /5lb Bag), roast (Regular/Decaf), and type (Whole Bean/Ground). Simply navigate to the coffee product page you would like, select your variations, and then either add to your cart or buy now. *Please note that the price will change depending on the variation. **We do not offer decaf 5 lb bag coffee on the store. Contact us if you wish to buy one* 

What is the conversion of 12 oz bags to a 5 lb bag?

Want to make the most of your money? Love a certain flavor / kind? Receive a little over (6) 12 oz bags worth of coffee in (1) 5 lb bag. The shelf life for both is 1 year, but you save a a few bucks and a few trees going this route!

What is the standard lead time for my order to be ready and leave your facility?

All coffees and teas are roasted & packaged fresh to order which means they will not ship from our facility for 1-3 days after your order is placed. From here, the shipping option you choose will add additional days, depending on the method chosen. Orders that qualify for free shipping will go out under the fastest shipping option available.
